Handbell Choir

Ages 8 to adult
Whether you are a complete beginner our have experience with handbells, you can join this group and make beautiful music together. With director Ella Cash.
Ensembles typically runs six week sessions of group lessons. To accommodate GCCS Thanksgiving break, this session is split into two three week parts November 3 - November 21, and December 1 - December 19 with no classes November 24-28. The cost of the six-week session is $75 per student. Scholarships are available.
All classes are held at Ensembles, 1120 Monroe St. (Across the street from the Charlestown High School tennis courts.)

Whether you are a band student now or were in band years ago, if you play an instrument and can read music (or fake it) come and join us. We'll be learning easy arrangements of jazz and pop standards, and performing in the community. With director Chris Spencer.

The class is designed for students just starting out on their instruments - even if you have no prior music experience. You'll learn the basics of playing and caring for an instrument and put that together into a performance. with director Shavonne Henry

Ages 12 and up
With Raven Ohlemacher. This class will assist students in finding and improving singing voices. Whether you're a novice or seeking additional coaching to help fine-tune your instrument, you'll be given the tools to learn/improve vocal technique, build vocal strength, increase range, and boost confidence. But most important of all, to have a ton of FUN playing and creating with our voices!

with Miriam Cymbalist. Learning techniques to take what you see out in the world and turn it into art. Diving deep into the perspective of the world and our perception of it. Learning how to use color and expressive mediums to capture emotion in our art.
