Ensembles, Inc. is committed to making music and art available to everyone in our community, including people with disabilities. This page describes the accessibility of our website and our building, and how to request help if you run into a barrier.

Website

We aim to make charlestownensembles.com usable with a range of browsers, devices, and assistive technologies. We work toward Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.2).

We have not completed a formal third-party audit, so we do not claim full conformance. We review the site ourselves as we add and update pages.

What we do

  • Provide a responsive layout that works on phones, tablets, and desktops
  • Use semantic HTML, page titles, and heading structure
  • Label form fields and keep visible focus styles on interactive controls
  • Include text alternatives for meaningful images
  • Support keyboard navigation for core tasks such as browsing activities, registering, and contacting us

Limitations

Some content is provided by third parties (for example, payment, sign-in, maps, or social media embeds). We do not control the accessibility of those tools.

If a page, form, or document is difficult to use, please tell us. We will work with you to provide the information another way when we can.

Our building

Most classes and events are held at:

Charlestown Ensembles 1120 Monroe St. Charlestown, IN 47111

The front entrance is step-free from the sidewalk. There are no stairs inside the building, and the restroom is accessible.

If you need an accommodation to take part in a class, performance, or other event, or if you have questions about parking or seating, please contact us before you visit. We will do our best to help.

Some activities take place at other locations. When that happens, the activity page will list the venue. Reach out if you need information about that site.

Feedback and accommodations

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of our website and our programs.

Please include the page or activity you were using, a description of the problem, and any assistive technology you use if it is relevant. We try to respond within a few business days.
