Refund Policy

  • Refund requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the activity start date
  • Refunds are issued at the discretion of Ensembles, Inc.
  • No refunds will be given for missed sessions
  • In the event of session cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, Ensembles, Inc. will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the affected session.
  • In case of program cancellation by Ensembles, Inc. where no makeup session is possible, a prorated refund will be provided

Cancellation

Ensembles, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any activity due to:

  • Insufficient enrollment
  • Instructor unavailability
  • Weather or safety concerns
  • Other unforeseen circumstances
