Dance 1 is a class for younger students that will explore multiple dance techniques, styles, and performance skills. This session will focus on Musical Theater dance style. Musical theater is a fun, high-energy, and expressive style that combines dance technique with acting and storytelling. This dance style is great for beginners, as it can incorporate many forms such as Jazz, Ballet, Tap, and more. This class will learn about what musical theater dance is and the styles that go into it. Classes will include warm-up exercises, technique, learning set choreography, and a performance on the final day.

This class is a safe place for ALL dancers, whether you are new or experienced. It will be a lighthearted, energetic place to learn, enjoy, and experience the world of dance with no judgment. ALL are welcome and encouraged to join the beautiful world of dance!
