Chris Spencer

Chris has played drums and percussion for over 15 years. Throughout his time at Charlestown High School, he served at different times as both drumline and pit percussion captain in the Marching Band of Pirates, as well as first chair percussionist in concert band. Additionally, he has played in several bands in the Southern Indiana area, covering a multitude of genres including pop, rock, punk, thrash, funk, and jazz. In 2019, he graduated from Purdue University with a bachelor’s degree in Film/Video and Theatre Production. At Purdue, he employed his percussion skills to score his and his peers’ projects. He is credited in the feature film Tom of Your Life for percussion music he contributed. Chris also serves as the current president of the Charlestown Lions Club.
